Jason Heidgerken
Jason is a Florida-licensed Building Contractor with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, including residential rehabilitation and new home construction. Overseeing the construction side, he guides projects from client design and planning through final delivery, managing subcontractors, schedules and quality standards. His background includes extensive owner-representative experience, giving him a client-first perspective that ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, and built with quality. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, providing a strong technical foundation across all phases of construction. He brings a methodical, process-driven approach with clear communications to every project he takes on.
Jennifer Heidgerken
Jennifer is a certified designer with experience in interior design, exterior design, and home staging. She began her creative career as a graphic designer, but her passion for transforming spaces naturally led her into the world of design. After staging her own home in Ft. Lauderdale and selling it in just one day, she was inspired to launch a home staging business in Jacksonville. As demand for her expertise grew, her business evolved from staging into full time interior design, ultimately joining Saltmark.
